Cincinnati police seeking child in playground assault

CINCINNATI (AP) — Cincinnati police say they’re trying to locate an 8-year-old boy who allegedly stabbed another boy with a kitchen knife when he wouldn’t give him his lunch.

A Cincinnati police report says the wounded boy suffered minor injuries Wednesday. Police say he refused to give up his lunch when approached on the school playground, then was stabbed in the arm.

Other details weren’t immediately available today.
