2009 Voting Guide available Friday at Youngstown's main library

YOUNGSTOWN — The latest edition of The Voters Guide arrives at the main branch of the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County, Wick Avenue, at 11 a.m. Friday.

The publication is free and contains a list of all the candidates and issues on the November general election ballot.

The Voters Guide is published by the League of Women Voters.
