Farm and Flea Market

FOWLER — Bockelman’s Garden Center and the Trumbull County Farm Bureau are sponsoring a Farm and Flea Market to benefit the TCFB scholarship fund.

The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily on Thursday, Friday and Saturday; and Oct. 22-24 at 2869 state Route 193.

Featured will be produce, pumpkins, cornstalks, baked goods, Mary Kay cosmetics and more.

SWCD schedules banquet and election

HANOVERTON — Columbiana Soil and Water Conservation District will have an annual banquet and election at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 22 at United High School.

Tickets for the buffet-style Swiss steak dinner are $11 and can be obtained by calling (330) 332-8732 by Tuesday. No tickets will be sold at the door.

Voting for a district supervisor will be from 6:15 to 7:30 p.m. Activities will be reviewed and awards presented.

Trumbull 4-H to host family fun day

CORTLAND — Trumbull 4-H Advisory Committee will host a family fun day for 4-H families in Trumbull County from 1 to 5 p.m. Oct. 24 at Wildare United Methodist Church.

Games and activities will include pumpkin painting, cornhole and apple bobbing, live entertainment and a potluck meal.

Families are asked to take a dish to share; the entr e, beverages and paper products will be provided.
