Tickets for Rogers’ concert at Covelli on sale Friday

YOUNGSTOWN — Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday for singer Kenny Rogers, who will bring his Christmas & Hits Tour to Covelli Centre on Dec. 15. Tickets are $38.50, $48.50 and $58.50 and are available through Ticketmaster by calling (800) 745-3000, or online at ticketmaster.com. They also can be purchased at the Covelli Centre box office.

The concert will feature performances of traditional and original holiday songs from Rogers with the help of local choirs and children chosen to be part of the production in each city.

Rogers, the only artist to chart a record in each of the last six decades with more than 70 hit singles across various music genres, is one of the top-selling male artists of all time with more than 120 million records sold. He has won three Grammy Awards, 18 American Music Awards, five Country Music Association Awards, eight Academy of Country Music Awards and 11 People’s Choice Awards.
