CINCINNATI — St. Cecilia Church was the setting at 6 p.m. April 24 as nuptial vows were exchanged by Aleshia Jeane Politsky and Darryn Anthony Fessel, both of Cincinnati. The Rev. James Weber officiated.
The couple accepted congratulations during a reception at the 20th Century Theatre before leaving for a honeymoon in Paris and Belgium. They live in Cincinnati.
Parents of the bride are David and Amy Politsky, 8855 Cain Drive, Warren, and the groom’s parents are Tony and Beverly Fessel, 4375 Airymont Court, Cincinnati.
The bride’s strapless ivory gown was enhanced with beaded lace and featured draping at the hips and a chapel train.
Black gowns were worn by Sara Spaeth, the honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Julie Fessel, Kelly Beischel-Bennett, Betsy Sundermann, Michelle Hall and Holly Lutz. Junior bridesmaid was Holly Fessel.
Chris Jasany performed the duties of best man, and groomsmen were Aaron Politsky, Lech Kobak, Greg Fessel, Ryan Schnitzler and Gene Fine. Ushers were Ben Fessel and Brandon Heflin. Also participating were Nick Heflin, Jake Fessel and Justin Heflin.
The bride graduated from Ohio University at Athens with a bachelor’s degree and earned a juris doctorate from the University of Cincinnati. She is a self-employed attorney in Cincinnati.
The groom is employed by Comair Airlines as a captain and manager in the flight safety department at Erlanger, Ky.
