LOCAL TOPICS ON TV Sunday program

“Community Connection” (6:30 a.m., WFMJ-TV 21; rebroadcast on the Time Warner Cable community access channel at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday): The Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber is putting a new spin on networking by connecting with comedy shows. Jerry L. Costa, YWRC program director, and Lyndsey Hughes, Youngstown events director, will join host Madonna Chism Pinkard to talk about the upcoming business networking events.

Next, Judd Radovich, of the Weathersfield Fire Department will discuss the Public Safety Expo at the Eastwood Mall, sponsored by the Trumbull Fire Fighters Association. Several activities celebrating Fire Safety Week will take place.

Leslie Redd of the Ohio SIDS Network will discuss Sudden Infant Death Awareness Month. Redd will give tips on how to place an infant to sleep safely. Tracy Styka will review the new Ohio booster-seat law that goes into effect Wednesday. She will display car seats and booster seats for children and discuss weight, height and age limits.
