ASAP Ribbon Race

WARREN — Runners and walkers can participate in the Run for the Ribbon Race sponsored by the Alliance For Substance Abuse Prevention on Oct. 24.

Registration begins at 9 a.m., with the race starting at 10 a.m.

The event includes a 1-mile fun walk and 5-kilometer run. Both start at the pavilion near the Downtown Warren Amphitheater in Perkins Park.

ASAP does not charge an entrance fee but asks that participants donate a non-perishable food to be given to give to local charities.

ASAP’s goal is to prevent substance abuse among youth and promote a healthy lifestyle in Trumbull County.
