Rhea Dowell-Bett was misidentified on A1 of The Vindicator Wednesday in a photograph showing her and A’zha Cross looking at their academic achievement gift. Morgan Jones, in the photo directly below that of Dowell-Bett and Cross, is in the fourth grade at Youngstown Community School. An incorrect grade level was given for her Wednesday.
