Court overturns Columbiana County murder conviction

LISBON — The Seventh District Court of Appeals has ordered a new trial for a man convicted of murder who was represented by a now-disbarred lawyer.

Andrew Irwin had convicted of stabbing Emily Foreman to death over drugs in Liverpool Township.
