Name: Richard P. Baumann, alias Richard Balian

Age: 48.

Height: 6 feet, 5 inches .

Weight: 275 pounds.

Eyes: Blue.

Hair: Brown.

Charge: Federal parole violation.

Anyone with information on this suspect should call (866) 4-WANTED. Callers do not have to identify themselves. Cash rewards will be given to anyone with information leading to an arrest.
