Dunns ride in limo to surprise party for anniversary

LAKE MILTON — On Sept. 27 Mr. and Mrs. James Dunn Sr., 2726 Grandview Road, were taken by limousine from their home to the Fifth Season Banquet Center in Mineral Ridge, where friends and relatives were waiting to greet them at a surprise 60th anniversary party.

The party was given in their honor by their children, James (Neila) Dunn, Barbara (James) Chizmar, Denise Sayres and John Gaguardo Jr., and David (Sherri) Dunn.

Hosts for the party were their daughters, and the dinner was prepared by their grandson, Tom Champion, chef at the restaurant. An anniversary cake was baked by their granddaughter, Tracy Cox, and her husband, Robert. Their great-granddaughters, Emma, Samantha, Emily and Jessica Voithofer performed a dance routine for the anniversary couple.

The former Madeline Fuchs and Mr. Dunn were united in marriage on Sept 29, 1949, in Pittsburgh. She is a homemaker, and he is retired from Rockwell International in Newton Falls and General Motors in Lordstown
