Lions to host party for special needs kids

YOUNGSTOWN — Youngstown Lions Club will host its 89th annual Christmas party at 11 a.m. Tuesday for visually impaired and special needs students of Youngstown public schools, Leonard Kirtz School, Eagle Heights Academy and Goodwill. The event will take place at the Saxon Club, 710 S. Meridian Road.

Entertainment will be by Danger Zone, and Santa will distribute gifts. Pauline Powers scholarship recipients will be recognized.
