KAMI CALZO | RONALD MICHAELS
AUSTINTOWN — The wedding of Kami Leane Calzo and Ronald Edward Michaels took place at 2:30 p.m. Sept. 5 at West Austintown First United Methodist Church.
She is the daughter of Raymond Calzo of 6755 Finland Road in Austintown and the late Wahnee Calzo. He is the son of Richard and Cara Michaels, 1133 Illinois Ave., McDonald; and Carol and Bobby Kuntz, 110 S. Davis St., Girard.
The Rev. Dr. George Lee officiated for the ceremony, and a reception took place at Antone’s Banquet Centre in Boardman,
The couple live at 3764 Edinburgh Drive.
Crystals, pearls and sequins adorned the bride’s satin strapless princess-style gown. It featured a lace-up bodice and spice-colored trim, and the skirt flowed to a semicathedral train.
Bethany Jones, the bride’s sister, was matron of honor, wearing a purple gown. Bridesmaids were Cara Kroftz in a bronze gown and April McComb in a mocha gown.
Best man was the groom’s brother, Rick Michaels, and groomsmen were Scott Penny and James McComb. The bride’s son, Nathanyel Kooyman, was ring bearer, and serving as an usher was the groom’s half-brother, Ray Michaels.
Mrs. Michaels graduated with a degree in environmental science from Kent State University and is a logistics supervisor with Boston Retail Products in Youngstown, where the groom is employed as an extruder operator.
