GENEVA — Lauren B. Salata, a daughter of Edward M. and Mala Salata, 5335 Sycamore Hill Drive, New Middletown, and Gregory Samios, a son of George and Dawn Samios of York, S.C., were married at 3:30 p.m. Sept. 26 at The Lodge at Geneva-on-the- Lake, where their reception followed the ceremony.
The bride wore a strapless white gown.
The bride’s sister and honor attendant, Lindsay Salata of New Middletown, wore a mocha gown, as did the bridesmaids, Catherine Bandy of Bolivar, Laurel Hricik of Westlake, and Sabina Braun of Geneva-on-the-Lake.
Chris Samios of Allison Park, Pa., performed the duties of best man for his brother, and groomsmen were Steve Gabor of Gibsonia, Pa.; Mike Koenig of Bainbridge; and Erik Braun of Geneva-on-the-Lake.
A graduate of Ohio Northern University in Ada with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, the bride is a civil engineer with Raubenbush Engineering in Pittsburgh.
The groom, a manager with Base Construction in Pittsburgh, earned a bachelor’s degree from Clarion University in Pennsylvania.
