Free vegetarian cooking classes available

BOARDMAN — Anyone interested in vegetarian cooking is invited to attend free cooking classes from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday and Jan. 10 at Evergreen SDA Social Hall, 7668 Glenwood Ave.

The educational programs will focus on reducing the risk of disease and illness and learning to make delicious treats without sugar or artificial sweeteners, and will include a 30-minute presentation on diabetes.
