AARP 4545

• Boardman South 4545, AARP, will meet Dec. 3 at the Holiday Inn South in Boardman. Elmer Haidle will preside, and the menu choice is baked ham or baked scrod for $13.50. • AARP 4611 will meet at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Augustine Church on Parmelee Avenue for an executive board meeting. The regular meeting will follow at noon. Members are to take a casserole for the Thanksgiving luncheon. To report illness call (330) 746-0889. New members are welcome.

• Campbell Memorial High School January and June Classes of 1947 will meet for breakfast at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Denny’s Restaurant in Boardman. All classmates are welcome.

COITSVILLE SENIORS

• Coitsville Senior Citizens will meet at 1 p.m. Thursday at the town hall. Pizza will be served and devotions will be by Gerri Salaka. Veterans will be honored and November birthdays and wedding anniversaries will be acknowledged. Card bingo, with caller Steve Hrycik, will be played, and a 50-50 drawing will take place. The annual catered Christmas party will be at 1 p.m. Dec. 7 at Coitsville Town Hall. The $8 for the party will be collected at this meeting. All seniors from Coitsville are invited.

CROATIAN PENSIONERS

• Croatian Pensioners of the Mahoning Valley will meet at noon Thursday at the Lodge 66 Croatian Home, 3200 Vestal Road. Todd Mayle will speak. • Immaculate Heart of Mary Senior Citizens will have a meeting and luncheon at noon Thursday in the parish center. The guest speaker will be Dr. Holly Reinke, from Centers for Hearing Care. • Liberty Friends will meet at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Presbyterian Church on state route 304. The meeting date was changed due to the Thanksgiving holiday. • Members of Martha Lupse 50-Plus Card and Game Club will meet at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Poland United Methodist Church to be transported to Sunrise Assisted Living facility. P.E.R.I. 18

• Public Employees Retirees Inc., Mahoning Chapter 18, will have a Christmas Luncheon meeting at noon Dec. 1 at the ITAM Centre on Meridian Road. On the buffet will be baked turkey breast, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes, gravy, mixed broccoli, salad, rolls and butter, coffee or tea, and cherry pie. Christmas entertainment will be provided. There will be a money raffle and the raffling of poinsettias. A collection will be taken for St. Vincent de Paul Soup Kitchen. The luncheon cost is $8 for members, associate members and guests. Nonperishables will be collected for Warren Rescue Mission. This is the last chance to sign up and pay for the Christmas party.

• A meeting of REAC 3298 will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the aerie on Raccoon Road. Melva Day will preside. Plans for a Christmas party will be discussed, and there will be a 50-50 drawing. Faye Taylor and Janice Dempsey will serve as hostesses. New members and guests are welcome.
