Benefit to feature wines from around the world

BOARDMAN — The second annual Holiday Charity Wine Taste to be hosted by Southern Park Mall, Special Event Coordinators Inc. and Rachel’s Catering will be Nov. 22 at the mall.
Sponsored by Alex Roofing as a benefit for local charities and nonprofit organizations, the event will be from 7 to 10 p.m.
Those attending will have an opportunity to taste wines from around the world presented by Tri County, Ohio Wine, Superior, Heidelberg, Glazier, Hammer, Vintage, European, and Wines LLC, all local distributors. Bottles of wine will be available for purchase.
Hors d’oeuvres will be served by Rachel’s Catering and accompanied by Panera breads and pastries, and there will be live musical entertainment by Stan Miller and Kelly Conner.
In addition to the wine tasting event, a fine art and gift sale will be available at the mall.
Patrons will be asked to use the entrance at Jillian’s, near Sears.
