Ohio secretary of state speaks in Poland on Tuesday

POLAND ­— Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner, a Democratic candidate in the 2010 U.S. Senate race, will speak at the Democrats of the 17th and 6th Districts meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Poland Community Baseball Association on Sheridan Road.

The political club is co-sponsoring the meeting with the North County Democrats, another political group.

This is the first time a sitting statewide officeholder has addressed either group. The meeting is open to the public.
