Missing Pittsburgh-area woman 'found' in hospital

GLASSPORT, Pa. (AP) — A woman missing from the Pittsburgh suburb of Glassport has been found in a hospital about 10 miles away, though authorities say how she got there remains a mystery.

Divers, emergency crews and volunteers began searching for 57-year-old Debbie Russell after she didn’t return from an afternoon walk in Glassport on Thursday. Authorities say the woman has brain and lung cancer and suffers from dementia.

Crews searched overnight and finally located Russell at McKeesport Hospital this morning.

Glassport is about five miles southeast of Pittsburgh and McKeesport is another 10 miles away in the same direction.
