ASSOCIATIONS

• A meeting of the William Penn Association, Branch 28 of Youngstown, will be at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Eat’n Park Restaurant in Boardman. Plans will be finalized for a Dec. 5 Christmas party.

• McDonald Sideliners will meet at 7 p.m. Sunday in the senior citizens room at the post office building.

CLASSES

• Youngstown Torch Club returns to its traditional format for the November meeting. Dr. Donald K. Allen and John K. Fockler Jr. will debate “The Keynesian Economic Theory Is Out of Date With a Modern Global Society.” The club will meet Monday in Bresnahan Suites I and II in Kilcawley Center on the campus of Youngstown State University.
