MOLLIE BURNS | JOSEPH PARISI II
HUBBARD — Mollie A. Burns, daughter of Joyce Burns, 578 Wendemere Drive, and the late Frederick Burns, and Joseph P. Parisi II, 1121 11th Drive, New Philadelphia, a son of Joseph and Rosemarie Parisi, 1091 Park Ave., Girard, were united in marriage on July 11 at St. Patrick Church.
The Rev. Timothy O’Neill officiated at the 1:30 p.m. ceremony, and a reception followed at the Radisson Hotel in West Middlesex, Pa. The couple live at the groom’s address after a honeymoon at St. Lucia.
The bride’s ivory silk satin ball gown featured cap sleeves and a dropped waistline. It was enhanced with beading and lace motifs on the champagne colored organza overlay.
Honor attendant, Kristen Berkoski, and bridesmaids, Maggie Faller, Kelly Faller, Olivia Rubano and Jessica Chodaczek, wore fuchsia gowns with ivory sashes.
Douglas Foster was best man, and groomsmen were Kevin Burns, Timothy Burns, Brian Charles and Zachary Acerra.
Mrs. Parisi is an intervention specialist with Garaway Local School District in Sugarcreek. She graduated from Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pa., with a degree in a double major, elementary education and special education, and she earned a master’s degree in educational administration from Youngstown State University.
Mr. Parisi graduated from YSU with a degree in civil engineering. He is a transportation engineer with the Ohio Department of Transportation in New Philadelphia.
