Rosetta Stone begins weekly Fiesta Night

YOUNGSTOWN — Rosetta Stone Cafe, 110 W. Federal St., downtown, will launch its Fiesta Night at 7 tonight and every Wednesday, featuring the music and food of Latin America.

“The need for this style of venue has been long awaited, as locals have traveled to Cleveland and Pittsburgh to satisfy their desire to kick their heels up to a more hot, fiery and romantic type of music,” reads a press release from the restaurant and night spot.

Dancing will include Latin staples such as the salsa and merengue, as well as American favorites. The restaurant’s chef, who formerly worked in Miami’s South Beach, is unveiling recipes with a Hispanic flair that he created during his time in Florida. The bar will feature wines from Chile, Spain and Argentina, as well as specials on margaritas and Mexican beers.
