Flasher reported in Salem

SALEM — A city woman told police that a man exposed himself about 3:25 a.m. Wednesday at an apartment complex in the 500 block of East State Street.

The man then went through a door that leads to the apartments, she said. Police said they watched the building for some time but did not see the suspect.
