Time Bank event planned ahead of the holidays

YOUNGSTOWN — A Time Bank program will take place Monday at Rotelli’s on Belmont Ave in the Giant Eagle Plaza. Have dinner, learn and earn time credits.

Dinner will be at 5 p.m., your cost. At 6 p.m. Cooking with Herbs for the Holidays will begin. The program is hosted by the Ohio State University Extension Service. Giveaways and door prizes donated by McCormick will be featured.
