Annual Awesome Aussie Luncheon set for Thursday

STAKED OUT FOR LUNCH: Hospice of the Valley will host an annual Awesome Aussie Luncheon Thursday at the Outback Steakhouse, 7000 S. Tiffany Blvd., Boardman, which will open for the special event. There will be seatings at 11 a.m., noon and 1 p.m. for meals of sirloin of beef with garlic mashed potatoes, grilled chicken with rice, chicken Caesar salad, or grilled salmon with steamed vegetables, to be served by media personalities. Also available will be appetizers, raffles, trivia and a cash bar. The donation is $20 with proceeds to benefit Hospice of the Valley and its mission of serving the terminally ill and their families in the tri-county area.
