Lopez files suit against 1st husband over sex video

LOS ANGELES — Jennifer Lopez is suing her first husband to keep him from making their sex life public.

The lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court accuses Ojani Noa of intending to sell a movie containing hours of home video, including some of the actress in sexual situations taken on their honeymoon.

Lopez and Noa were married for 11 months in 1997. She claims he’s violating a prior confidentiality agreement.

Lopez wants at least $10 million and a court order preventing Noa and filmmaker Ed Meyer from releasing the material.

TV Land, TV Guide buying rights to air ‘Enthusiasm’

NEW YORK — TV Land and TV Guide Network say they are jointly acquiring basic cable rights to air “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” the HBO comedy series produced by and starring “Seinfeld” co-creator Larry David.

“Curb Your Enthusiasm” will come to TV Guide Network starting next February. TV Land expects to air the series as early as 2013, immediately after its run on TV Guide Network.

Both networks also say they will acquire certain broadband, wireless and video-on-demand rights, bringing “Curb Your Enthusiasm” to multiple platforms.

Katt Williams charged with burglary, trespassing

ATLANTA — Comedian and rapper Katt Williams remained jailed Monday in suburban Atlanta after police said they arrested the entertainer on allegations he broke into a home and stole thousands of dollars’ worth of jewelry and coins.

Williams, who police say is 38, is charged with burglary and criminal trespassing, according to Coweta County Sheriff’s Office Maj. James Yarbrough.

A Coweta County magistrate set bond at more than $41,000 Monday afternoon. A detention officer at Coweta County Jail confirmed Williams remained in custody after the hearing.
