YOUNGSTOWN — The Ursuline Sisters HIV/AIDS Ministry Children’s Program will have its second annual art auction, titled “Jazzy Blues and City Views,” on Saturday on the first floor of the Ohio One Building.
The evening will feature an auction of trips, vintage photographs and original artwork donated by the Mahoning Valley Historical Society and local photographers. A silent auction will begin at 7 p.m. and will be followed by a live auction.
For a donation of $25, guests will be wined and dined with heavy hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, and a vast variety of cookies. Jazz music will provide a background to the festivities.
Tickets will be available at the door or can be purchased by calling Sister Kathleen Minchin at (330) 793-0434. Proceeds from the event will benefit the ministry program.
