One dead, one injured in South Side auto accident

YOUNGSTOWN — City police are investigating a one-car accident that took the life of a city man early this morning.

According to police, Robert Randall, 21, of Girard, was driving down Market Street near Henry Street at 2:21 a.m. when his car went over a curb and struck a pole. Randall was killed in the accident.

Cameron Ruble, 21, of Youngstown, was a passenger in the car. He was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center for treatment. There is no word on his condition.

Police said no more details are available about the accident.
