Boardman dogs found without food, water
BOARDMAN — Two dogs that were being neglected in an empty house on Hopkins Road are in the custody of the dog warden, according to a police report.
Police responded to a call of “suspicious animal noises” at the house Sunday and discovered the two dogs. The first dog was injured and confined to a small cage littered with feces and without food or water in a garage. The other was in a similar small cage in the basement of the house.
Officers located the dog’s owner, who lives in another house on the same street. He said that he had last fed the dogs Saturday and was keeping the dogs in the house because his current residence does not allow animals, according to the report,

The physicals will be conducted at the office of Dr. Kamlesh Aggarwal in East Liverpool and represent a funding commitment by Mountaineer.
