Warren Kiwanis Club plans annual Turkey Trot

WARREN — The Warren Kiwanis Club will host its 31st Annual Turkey Trot (5-mile run and 2-mile fun walk/run) on Thanksgiving morning, Nov. 26, at the Kent State University Trumbull Campus on Mahoning Avenue in Warren.

The 2-mile fun run/walk will begin at 9 a.m., and the 5-mile race begins at 9:45. Both races begin and end at the KSU Trumbull Campus. Awards will be presented in the Administration Building.

Preregistration fee is $15 per person. Previous participants will receive a registration form in the mail or they can register online at www.goherarun.com. The fee includes a long-sleeve shirt if the paid entry is received by Nov. 20. Race day registrations are an additional $2. There is a limited supply of shirts for race-day registrants.
