German Christmas Market will open in Harmony

HARMONY, Pa. — The Harmony Museum’s 19th annual WeihnachtMarkt (Christmas Market) on the weekend of Nov. 14-15 offers a festival of shopping, entertainment and food that reflects the area’s German heritage.

Artisans and other vendors will display their wares in a setting reminiscent of Christmas Markets throughout Germany.

Market hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Nov. 14 and noon to 4 p.m. Nov. 15. Admission, which is $6 for adults, $5 for seniors, $3 for students and free for children younger than 6, includes all-day access to the market and museum, as well as entertainment and surrey rides.
