Two of three Columbiana County tax issues losing

LISBON — With 191 of 103 precincts reporting in Columbiana County, the 1 percent county sales tax is losing by a vote of 17,478 against and 10,318 for the five-year measure.

The county health district’s 0.2 percent, 10-year replacement levy for its cancer-detection clinic also is losing, 11,471 against to 10,685. in favor.

The children services 0.75-mill five-year issue is winning, 16,536 to 10,791.
