CANFIELD CITY

Oct. 22

Cruelty to animals, child endangering: A 38-year-old man and his 31-year-old wife were charged with two counts of cruelty to animals and child endangering at their home in the 500 block of Brookpark Drive.

Oct. 24

Possessing drugs: A 21-year-old Lisbon man was arrested on a charge of drug abuse on North Broad Street.

Oct. 26

Theft: A front license plate was stolen from a vehicle at an unknown location.

Lost or stolen property: A wallet was reported lost or stolen at Pilot Oil, 1150 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Theft: Two juvenile females were caught stealing at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.

Aggravated robbery: Three males robbed a victim at gunpoint in the hallway of apartments in the 900 block of Compass West apartments. One suspect was apprehended.

Theft: A man was arrested for taking Playboy magazines at Sheetz gas station, 5499 Mahoning Ave.

Oct. 27

Burglary: A house was ransacked and a handgun, television and coins were stolen in the 700 block of South Meridian Road.

Assault: A man and a woman assaulted a woman in the driveway of a home in the 10 block of North Beverly Avenue.

Fraud: Unauthorized charges were made to an account at home in the 4000 block of Timberbook Drive.

Breaking and entering: At a home in the 2000 block of Carnegie Avenue.

Theft: X-box games were reported stolen at Kmart.

Oct. 28

Attempted auto theft: The steering column was damaged on a 1994 Oldsmobile in the 50 block of Westminister Avenue.

Concealed weapon: A man was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon and resisting arrest at Pilot Oil, 1150 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Theft: 90 gallons of diesel fuel valued at $256 was stolen from an auto at FuelMart, 5301 Seventy-Six Drive.

Fraud: Unauthorized charges were made to an account at a home in the 7000 block of Ruby Court.

Oct. 29

Assault: A man is a suspect in an assault of another man in the driveway of a home in the 4000 block of Kirk Road.

Recovered property: Two Gameboys were recovered at Dots, 6000 Mahoning Ave.

Assault: A woman reported to police that a man she has been dating has been assaulting her at a home in the 4000 block of Woodhurst Drive.

Theft: Eight costumes valued at $400 were stolen at Halloween Mania, 6000 Mahoning Ave.

Burglary: A television computer and Xbox game were stolen at a home in the 5000 block of Madrid Drive.

Oct. 30

Abandoned vehicles: Six abandoned vehicles were towed at Greenwood Chevrolet, 4695 Mahoning Ave.

Recovered property: A red bicycle was recovered at a home in the 4000 block of Quill Court.

Fraud: A fraudulent check was reported at a home in the 5000 block of West Webb Road.

Lost or stolen plate: An Ohio license plate was reported lost or stolen at a home in the 1000 block of Lancaster Drive.

Theft: A green BMX bicycle was stolen at Kmart.

Drug offense: A Columbus man was arrested for possession of crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia and aggravated trafficking at the Go-Go Lounge, 5455 Clarkins Drive.

Drug offense: A Youngstown man was issued a summons for possession of marijuana at Kirk Road and Redgate Lane.

Identity theft: Unauthorized charges were reported at a home in the 5000 block of Heron’s Boulevard.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle was damaged at apartments in the 1000 block of Compass West.

Drug offense: A Warren woman was issued a summons for possession of marijuana at State Route 46 and County Line Road.

Nov. 1

Drug offense: A Canfield man and a Pulaski, Pa., man were charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the parking lot at Bill’s Place, 4771 Mahoning Ave.

Recovered property: A skylight and Visa debit card were recovered at a home in the 60 block of North Edgehill Avenue.

Criminal damaging: A house was damaged by paintballs in the 4000 block of Nottingham Avenue.
