Notebook: A Pro Bowl pick in 2007, Cleveland QB Derek Anderson has league-low 40.6 rating that ranks among worst in NFL through seven weeks this decade since replacing Brady Quinn as starter in Week 3. Only Ryan Leaf (34.5 in 2000) and Kerry Collins (37.5 in 2006) have had worse starts this decade, according to STATS LLC. Anderson is 23 of 70 over past three games, giving him lowest completion percentage for QB with at least 70 attempts since Raiders’ Steve Beuerlein (31.9) in 1988. His 244 yards passing are fewest for QB with 70 attempts since Chicago’s Vince Evans (212) in 1981. ...
