Man robbed, shot

YOUNGSTOWN— A South Side man was hospitalized after two men robbed and shot him outside a Brooklyn Avenue home, police said.

The man told police that two black men wearing all black, including black masks, took a digital music player, cigarettes and some cash from him before shooting him in the abdomen around 1 a.m. Friday. He was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center, where he was listed as “guarded but critical” Friday night, the police report said.
