NILES — Livi Steel (1-1) used a 11-hit attack to win at Wilder Field. Nick Harper, Zach McGhee, Mike Livi and Taylor Calahan had two hits each with McGhee having two doubles. Mike Smith struck out eight in five innings for the win. Jon DeAmicas had a double for the Express (0-2).

OTN Performance 6, Livi Steel 1

STRUTHERS — OTN (3-1) took advantage of four walks in the fourth inning to score five times. Andy Zigmont had two hits, including a triple, and tossed the final three innings of scoreless relief for the save. Evan Bollinger had two hits, one being a bases-loaded triple to cap the five-run fourth. L.J. Schrumofsky had two hits while Tyler Chapin struck out six in his four innings on the mound to pick up the win. Taylor Callahan had two hits for Livi (1-2) while Zach McGhee suffered the loss on the mound, walking eight with four strikeouts.

Wharmby Sports 5, Roth Brothers 2

Josh Foster tossed a complete-game three-hitter with five strikeouts. David Saluga had a single and a triple while Dom LaPolla had a triple for Wharmby (1-1). Nick Lesky went five innings and suffered the loss for Roth Brothers (2-1). He struck out five.
