YOUNGSTOWN — A Mahoning County grand jury has issued 24 indictments this week, including for a man accused of murder and a woman who police say tried to burn down a local hospital.

It has been less than one week since police say 18-year-old Travis Donaldson of Truesdale Road gunned down Hylen Cash, 21, of Sunshine Avenue, but a grand jury has already indicted Donaldson in the crime.

The grand jury also indicted Tasha Martinez, 25, of South Bruce Street. Police say she drove the getaway car used by Donaldson after the shooting.

The indictment listing Donaldson and Martinez jointly contains charges of murder, complicity to murder and failure to comply with the order of a police officer.

Cash was shot on Ayers Street the afternoon of May 23. Donaldson and Martinez were arrested a short time later on South Avenue.

Shawnta Lee, 32, of Buckeye Court was also indicted. She is charged with three counts of aggravated arson after police say she set fires in three rooms at Forum Health Northside Medical Center earlier this month.

Lee is being held in the Mahoning County jail with bond set at $100,000.
