Benefit auction scheduled

WASHINGTONVILLE — A benefit auction is planned for Lora Kyser, formerly of Leetonia, who suffers from lymphoma. She has undergone many treatments in the past three years and her last chance is a bone marrow transplant.

Auction proceeds will help defray medical and living expenses while she undergoes treatment in Dallas.

The auction will be at 1 p.m. June 13 at the Washington VFW Post 5532, 575 S. Countyline Road. To donate or for more information call Mary Ann at (330) 482-0499.

Auctioneer is John Erdel of Ashtabula. Many new and used items will be available.
