Katrina Carlson to be bride of Anthony Cocca

BOARDMAN — The engagement of Katrina Carlson of Canfield and Anthony Cocca of Poland is announced by her parents, John and Kathy Carlson of Boardman. Parents of the future groom are Anthony Cocca of Poland and Lisa Cocca of Hubbard.

Miss Carlson graduated magna cum laude from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She is a registered nurse on 8 South Extension, a telemetry unit, at St. Elizabeth Health Center.

Mr. Cocca, the director of purchasing at Cocca Development in Boardman, is pursuing a degree in business administration at YSU.

An open wedding has been planned by the couple for 1:30 p.m. Aug. 15 at St. Dominic Church in Youngstown. Their evening reception will be by invitation at the Avalon Inn Ballroom, Warren.
