Eberhart 50th celebrated at family dinner

LOWELLVILLE — Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Eberhart of Skip Drive celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary during a family dinner party on May 10 at ARS Banquet Hall.
Hosting the festivity were their children and their spouses, Debbi Hall of Campbell, Darla and John Evans of Hubbard, and Jim and Sonya Eberhart of Youngstown.
The couple have six grandchildren, Frank and Jason Copanic; Matt Evans; and Taylor, Jacob and Joey Eberhart; and four great-grandchildren, Anthony, Mikey, Scott and Cameron Copanic.
The parsonage of the Rev. Dolph Panceria in Distant, Pa., was the setting on May 9, 1959, as the former Sonja LaBorde and Mr. Eberhart were united in marriage.
Mr. Eberhart was employed as a welder in the fabrication plant at General Motors in Lordstown for 40 years prior to retiring in December of 2006.
Mrs. Eberhart, a homemaker, has bowled in leagues for more than 40 years.
