BOARDMAN — Susan Tabak, 134 Roche Way, was united in marriage with Stephen Malysa, 4908 Grover Drive, in a 1:30 p.m. ceremony April 25 presided over by the Rev. Burl Jernigan at Calvary Baptist Church.

The couple were honored at a reception at The Georgetown and reside at the Roche Way address.

The bride’s strapless corset-style gown featured crystal beading and a train.

Wearing royal blue gowns were her sister, Sara Tabak of Canfield, who served as maid of honor, and her bridesmaids, Michelle Tobias of New Middletown, and Crystal Loveland of Boardman. Willow Miller of Petersburg, a cousin of the groom, was the flower girl.

The groom’s brother-in-law, Troy Smith of Anderson, Ind., performed the duties of best man. Groomsmen were Joseph Dickey of Petersburg, cousin of the groom; and Mark Miletta of Poland. Logan Malysa, the couple’s son, served as ring bearer.

The bride is a daughter of Ronald Tabak of 3683 Johnson Farm Road, Canfield, and Pamela Tabak, 3755 Mercedes Place No. 10, Canfield. She graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in medical assisting.

The groom is a son of Jill Malysa, also of the Grover Drive address, and Steve Malysa Sr., 219 Millcreek, Chesterton, Ind. Also a YSU graduate, the groom earned a bachelor’s degree in business and holds a sales position with Hertz.
