These issues will appear in the Aug. 4 special election. The deadline to file with county boards of elections to have an issue on that ballot was Thursday. There were no issues filed in Mahoning County.

TRUMBULL COUNTY

Bristol schools: A 4.7-mill, five-year renewal levy for emergency requirements to raise $400,000 annually.

Southington schools: A 5-mill, six-year additional levy for emergency requirements to raise $320,000 annually.

COLUMBIANA COUNTY

Leetonia schools: An 8.8-mill, five-year additional levy to avoid an operating deficit to raise $578,000 annually.
