Heavner-Freaney engagement is being announced

The engagement of Heather Heavner and Kevin Freaney, both of Boston, and plans for their upcoming marriage are being announced by their families.

Miss Heavner is a daughter of Holly and Trevor Kreierhoff of Streetsboro. She graduated from Ohio University at Athens with a degree in early childhood education and is a teacher in Boston.

Parents of the future groom are Kevin and Karen Freaney of Canfield. He earned a degree in management from Ohio University and a master’s in business administration from Youngstown State University. He is employed in sales with EMC in Boston.

Invitations will be extended for the 5 p.m. June 13 wedding at Christman Memorial Hall in Stambaugh Auditorium, Youngstown, and for the reception to follow in the ballroom.
