Kathy Carroll of Austintown recently joined Coldwell Banker First Place Real Estate as a Realtor. She has been a licensed real-estate agent since December 1995 and has been a recipient of the Ohio Association of Realtors Award of Achievement from 1997 through 2008. She has five national real-estate designations.

DEVELOPMENT

The Cafaro Co. has hired Arthur Stevens III as a senior leasing representative. He began his career as a leasing agent for the DeBartolo Corp. in 1985 and continued to serve in that organization when it was acquired by Simon Property Group in 1996. During his tenure with DeBartolo/Simon, he was responsible for leasing retail properties from Florida to Alaska, based much of the time in Indianapolis, Ind., as a senior vice president. In 2007, he became the senior vice president of leasing for Poag & McEwen Lifestyle Centers of Memphis, Tenn. Stevens is a graduate of Youngstown’s East High School and Youngstown State University.
