Mr. and Mrs. Rexford Worley observe their 40th anniversary at church

Mr. and Mrs. Rexford Worley are celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary today.

Rexford and Audra were married May 17, 1969, at the First Baptist Church of Mount Rainer, Md., where they lived for several years before moving in the mid-1970s to Ohio, where Mrs. Worley was born.

Mr. Worley is serving as the president of the Trumbull Baptist Association. He has been a master floral designer and teacher in Maryland, Pennsylvania and Ohio for nearly 50 years.

She is employed by Subway but has also been a floral designer in Ohio.

They are both active members of Calvary Baptist Church in Boardman.

The couple have two children, Philip Worley of Youngstown and Melanie Clark of Columbiana. They also have three grandchildren, Rebecca Worley, Philip Worley II and Noah Clark.

A cake reception will take place by invitation after the church services today at Calvary Baptist Church.
