WARREN — An all-inclusive day of golf has been scheduled by Northeast Ohio Adoption Services for June 1 at Trumbull Country Club in Warren.
Following a casual luncheon buffet, tee-off for the 16th annual “Play It For The Kids” 18-hole shamble will be at 1 p.m.
Upon completion of play there will be a dinner, and prize winners will be announced by motorsports broadcaster and analyst Griff Allen, of ESPN and Fox’s Speed.
Also announced will be NOAS’ Social Worker of the Year.
Tickets for golf, lunch and dinner are $150. Dinners for nongolfers are $25.
The event is limited to the first 120 golfers to register by May 29 by calling (800) 686-6627, ext. 110.
Proceeds will benefit NOAS, a private nonprofit agency, founded in 1978. It has developed families for more than 1,100 children and does not charge fees to families for adoption.
