Jury begins deliberations today in Eric Dillard trial
LISBON — The jurors in the Eric Dillard murder trial began deliberations today in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court.
He could get 15 years to life in prison if convicted of the murder charge, and additional time for using a gun to commit the crime and for illegal possession of a weapon because of a previous drug conviction.
He claims he shot Jamie Farley, 35, of East Liverpool, in self-defense, outside Dillard’s home on Commerce Street on April 22, 2008.
