Franklin Co. prosecutor has press conference today related to Marc Dann case

COLUMBUS — The Franklin County prosecutor will have a press conference at 2 p.m. today involving Anthony Gutierrez, who had a position in the state attorney general’s office when Marc Dann of Liberty was attorney general.

Gutierrez, accused of sexual harassment by two women office employees in 2008, was Dann’s general services director and the women’s boss.
