Cats, dogs need homes

BOARDMAN — Animal Appeal, a pet adoption and rescue organization, has a display of cats and dogs seeking responsible adoptive homes at Petland. All animals are vaccinated, spayed/neutered and more. An adoption fee is charged.

Animals can be seen during regular business hours. An application process is used for all adoptions.
