“America’s Next Top Model” (8 p.m., The CW): There’s one last chance to rock the runway on “America’s Next Top Model.” Season 12 concludes with the crowning of the winner and, no doubt, a flood of tears.

“American Idol” (9 p.m., Fox): It comes down to two.

“Lost” (9 p.m., ABC): Season-ending episodes are often must-see events, but no current drama has consistently packed its finales with the kind of jaw-dropping, game-changing, way-cool moments as “Lost.” Now, after a season of wild twists and trippy journeys through time, we come to a two-hour capper that will set the stage for the show’s final season next year. If it follows form, it will raise more questions than it answers and will have dedicated “Lost”ologists working on their theories deep into the summer.
